How does wire mesh ship?

Unless otherwise stated, pricing does not include shipping costs, and delivery is considered FOB Origin. Origin includes our Store Depot located at Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

The shipping method is determined by what is ordered and how much of it is ordered. 

Li Ho transport is our preferred carrier and with good reason. They offer competitive pricing, responsive service and excellent convenience for our customers.

You may also opt for self pickup at our store depot located at 22, Jalan Mutiara Raya, Taman Mutiara, Cheras, 56000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

If you required immediate or fast delivery, you may use Lalamove at your own cost and risk to pickup from our store depot.

Damage Shipment

Upon receipt of your wire mesh shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package for any external damage. If external damage is found, the delivery receipt and other associated paperwork must note the damage before accepting the delivery. A photo in these instances is highly recommended. After opening the package, if the material is damaged, a claim must be made with the carrier. Please contact us immediately so that we will assist your to submit for the claim.
