Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No. You can order any size that you need.
How can I pay you?
We offer payment directly through bank transfer to the following bank account:
Can you offer cut to size pieces?
Yes. Please contact us through email at sales@ragnarsteel.com if you require any information on a bespoke piece of mesh.
How long does it take to ship?
We usually start to ship out orders within 24 hours. This depends on the complexity of the order and of the internal logistics of shipping the item.
Will my mesh rust over time?
No mesh is totally rust-proof; that’s why it’s called Stain-less steel. Stainless steel 316 and 304 have excellent rust resistant properties and should last a long time in pristine condition.
Can we call in to collect an item?
Yes, but we need to discuss the order first to ensure that we have the stock ready. We will also give you a time to come in for collection.
Our store depot requires entry authorisation. DO NOT come in without calling first. We may not have existing stock for the size you are looking for.
Do you accept return?
Unfortunately no. All goods sold are not returnable and exchangeable. The mesh in your order might be custom made for your size, and we won't be able to sell to other buyer. Hence, once the order is made, we do not accept any return.
However, if the product(s) you've received do not meet the order requirement in term of size, material and specification, please contact us immediately upon receiving the items. We will investigate and if the fault come from production and fulfilment we will honour an exchange for the item(s).
